液态硅胶（LSR）射出成型在医疗配件（医疗用呼吸面罩、喉罩的硅胶部分）方面的材料选择

跟欧美客户合作过程中的经验体会，医疗用呼吸面罩、喉罩的硅胶部分，大多用液态硅胶射出成型加工，因为液态硅胶在环保安全、品质、外观方面更容易得到保证。

在材料选择方面，大多会选用符合USP CLASS VI SILICONE的材料。

我们在实际中会建议客户使用BLUE STAR Silbione Liquid Silicone Rubber for Health care ( 4330, 4340, 4340FC等）。

Applications: 

1) Fabrication of healthcare and medical devices, including less than 30 day implantation.

2) skin contact parts like masks or goggles.

3) Infant care products.

4) Overmolding (Silbione LSR60).
